This is deeply valuable content. I am slowly shuffling away from dairy, but cheese... oh, cheese. Sadly red Leicester is my favourite, but I am happy to eat it once or twice a year - it's that good, that the goodness lasts for months.

That's now going to be on my cheese wishlist! And I think once or twice a year is totally reasonable. It's kind of like having a cheese season, like we would for fruit and veg. Somehow that makes it taste even better, and certainly the planet approves!
